District Sales Manager

Alora Pharmaceuticals is a rapidly growing Specialty Pharmaceutical company seeking a sales leader with a proven track record of success in building and leading top-performing sales teams. The District Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct a sales team of approximately 10 sales representatives
- Provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
- Identify market opportunities and challenges and develop action plans to positively influence them
- Develop team members towards corporate growth
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical industry, with previous management experience required
- Ability to travel frequently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced interpersonal skills to work with individuals in the delivery of coaching and performance feedback
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with employees and external contacts
- Highly effective organizational skills
- Advanced presentation skills for the delivery of training and other corporate materials
- Advanced business analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong documented sales results
- Demonstrates solid clinical product knowledge
- Computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Base salary + uncapped incentive compensation
