Job Title: Finance Officer

Hadron Labs is seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to contractors.
  • Update cash payroll records and manage payroll outsourcing, with the potential to bring the process in-house.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
  • Maintain internal records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles (audit experience is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CBA) is a plus.
  • Strong English proficiency.
