About the Role

The RN Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing clinical operations at our Home Health location. As a seasoned nurse leader, you will be accountable for ensuring that our team of skilled professionals, including nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides, deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements and our agency's philosophy and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and supervise clinical operations at the assigned location
  • Ensure that all associates provide service and function in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as agency and company philosophy, policies, and service standards
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the community, other professions, and key influencers in conjunction with agency and company goals
  • Oversee the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of clinical experience, with two years of recent experience in home health and two years of progressive management experience
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
  • Valid Georgia Driver's license
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and accrediting organizations regulations and standards
