Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on our physical plant, equipment, and machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Respond to and correct equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns, troubleshooting and repairing or replacing worn or defective parts as needed
• Operate machine shop equipment and fabricate parts as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision, including fulfillment of work schedules and adherence to attendance policies

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with one or more years of experience as a Production Operator or Technician, or formal training or experience in a related field. Desired qualifications include experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; Welding, Electronics, Electrical repairs, Industrial Equipment installations, alignment, start-up repairs, etc. An Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent formal training and work experience is also preferred.
