Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Blue Bird Day LLC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders reach their unique goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of individual physical therapy sessions, small group sessions, and daily case management tasks.
  • Complete daily physical therapy treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, evaluations, plan of care documents, and other documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing collaboration with the client's team and family, including weekly emails, phone calls, and in-person discussions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.
  • Focus on interventions such as early motor development, orthotic assessment, posture control, and pelvic floor issues.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy or PTAs with pediatric experience preferred.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working with children or clients with special needs is a plus.
