Job Title: Porter and Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter and Dishwasher to join our team at Monument Resort. As a Porter and Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and restaurant areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deep clean and maintain the kitchen and restaurant areas to a high standard
  • Organize and clean all stations, including the dish pit station, for every shift
  • Empty grease traps, load/unload firewood, and perform other tasks as required
  • Polish all kitchen equipment and maintain a clean work area
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and perform additional cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Current Utah Food Handlers Permit
  • Age 16+
  • Minimal experience required
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and as a Porter and Dishwasher, you will be expected to work in a standing position for long periods of time and be able to lift and carry up to 40+ lbs.
