Job Summary

The Environmental Impact Teammate plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, adhering to our Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all operational areas are kept clean and free of debris, adhering to our company's Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Perform sweeping, weeding, painting, debris disposal, power washing, and other operations as assigned.
  • Empty trash containers, check and maintain facilities, and perform related duties as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to speak and understand English as a basic level required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
Working Conditions

This position requires regular exposure to all weather conditions and physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt. Safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, face shields, and additional personal protective equipment as needed must be worn to eliminate risks associated with these hazards.

Physical Demands

The Environmental Impact Teammate must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, crouch or bend at the knees occasionally, climb to reach work sites occasionally, and perform other physical activities as required.
