Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support
- Assist in the full recruitment process, including administrative follow-up of hiring files, background checks, onboarding, and the creation of employee files.
- Be the onsite point of contact for employees.
- Employee Experience
- Create performance reports for various human resources key performance indicators (recruitment, turnover rate, etc.).
- Participate in the documentation of employee files related to disciplinary and other HR processes.
- Ensure that HR documents, corporate organization charts, and annual calendars are updated and sent to managers.
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate certain human resources processes, such as the annual evaluation process, quarterly bonus, end of probation, etc.
- Contribute to new HR initiatives and business-related projects.
- Contribute to training coordination with the HR team to ensure delivery on sites.
- Perform all other related tasks in support of the human resources team members.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Liaise with other departments or functions as necessary (Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years in an HR position.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Adept at meeting deadlines and be proactive.
- Bilingual in Spanish considered an asset.
