POSITION SUMMARY

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and owners, while also benefiting from our commitment to associate well-being.

In this position, you will assist our dedicated team of Housekeepers, ensuring that our property remains both visually appealing and safe. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, responding to guest requests, identifying and reporting maintenance issues, and keeping hallways clear of obstacles. To maintain the highest standards of service, your duties will involve delivering consistently high-quality care to guest rooms and public spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete necessary safety training and certifications; ensure proper storage of flammable materials.
2. Maintain a clean and professional appearance in uniform; protect the confidentiality of proprietary information.
3. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine appreciation to guests.
4. Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.
6. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
7. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance.
8. Perform overhead and below-the-knee reaching, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
9. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
10. Exhibit a strong focus on customer service with a friendly demeanor.
11. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
12. Complete other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
