Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit and promote evidence-based practice and education.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to non-licensed staff members under direction and supervision.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with leadership.
  • Apply educational and professional experiences in the delivery of quality care and mentoring/precepting of non-licensed staff and students.
