Job Summary

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal government. This experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Processing vendor invoices using systems.
  • Formulating spending plans, budget estimates, and tracking.
  • Understanding financial management regulations and applying federal laws, policies, and regulations.

To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-11) in the Federal Service. This experience must demonstrate the following:

  • Applying federal law, policies, and regulations related to financial management and travel services.
  • Utilizing financial management systems to perform financial analysis.
  • Analyzing financial information and making recommendations.
