We are looking for an Illumination Installation Specialist to become part of our dedicated team of lighting experts. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the installation of lighting projects, prioritizing both site safety and client satisfaction. You will manage the project scope, schedule installations and maintenance, source materials, and oversee labor and financial aspects on-site. A background in electrical lighting, wiring, scaffolding, high voltage systems, and power tools is essential. This position may involve some travel to various client locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install lamps, fixtures, and ballasts in accordance with project specifications.
  • Lead teams and installers to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the project to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Travel to client sites and prepare reports and project scopes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Extensive professional experience as a lighting installer or technician.
  • Strong knowledge of ballasts, drivers, lamps, and high voltage wiring systems.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
