WHAT IS THE ROLE?

As an Associate in Store Operations, you will play a vital role in our Nashville locations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and maintaining our high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing the accuracy and organization of all incoming and outgoing stock, employing critical thinking and innovative solutions to address any inventory discrepancies. You will also focus on enhancing operational processes to support the growth of the store and all sales channels. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing merchandise, including:
    • Customer Merchandise Transfers and Direct Shipments
    • Current Product Replenishment and New Product Releases
    • Store-to-Store Product Reallocation
    • Inventory Transfer Verification
    • Inventory Adjustments: Marked Out of Stock and Return to Vendor
  • Manage omni-channel order fulfillment from the store.
  • Lead the store's annual Physical Inventory audit.
  • Ensure inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, variance investigations, and audits.
  • Verify daily returns and manage stock levels, reporting any discrepancies to relevant teams.
  • Execute efficient sale preparation and end-of-sale processes.
  • Plan and reorganize stock room layouts to enhance storage efficiency and accessibility.
  • Monitor and order necessary store supplies daily.
  • Provide general support to the store as needed.
