Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an inspiring experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Be knowledgeable about Nike products and services, and use this knowledge to support customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive store experience.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
