Contract Manager

At EVONA, we're seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our contractual relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts to optimize performance and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts or combination of Juris Doctor + minimum 2 years' work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate various bodies of laws and regulations under the General Counsel's direction.
  • Proven experience managing government and/or commercial contracts, including form contracts, NDAs, license agreements, release agreements, MSAs, SOWs, termination notices, contract amendments, and purchase orders.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing contracts related to the sale of commercial items to government entities, including federal and international buyers.
  • Understanding of international government acquisition regulations for the Canadian Space Agency, United Kingdom/UK Space Agency, or European Space Agency.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: space, technology, cyber security, SaaS, emerging technology, U.S. federal and/or foreign governments.
