As a Regional Float RN - Outpatient Clinic, you will have the opportunity to float in your area of expertise and location(s) of your choice, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Float to various locations within the southeastern Michigan region, utilizing your skills and expertise to meet the needs of our patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Minimum 24 months of recent clinical nursing experience in an Ambulatory/Outpatient setting.
- Nursing Degree from an Accredited Institution.
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
- Other Certification Requirements depending on Nursing Specialty.
