As a Regional Float RN Labor, you will play a vital role in our BestChoice Program, which ensures sufficient staffing throughout our health system. This proactive solution addresses unplanned or short-term staffing needs due to vacations, call-offs, leave of absences, increases in census or acuity.

You will work alongside our contingent staff, experiencing the same new employee screening, orientation, education, and competency standards as all HFHS team members. Opportunities are available at most of our inpatient and outpatient locations within the southeastern Michigan region. Nurses have the flexibility to float in their area of expertise and location(s) of their choice.

Certification / Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 36 months of recent clinical nursing experience. A nursing degree from an accredited institution is required, along with a current RN license in the State of Michigan and Basic Life Support Certification (BLS). Additional certification requirements may apply depending on the nursing specialty.
