Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automation Execution Engineer to implement, troubleshoot, and optimize automated systems on the production floor.

About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in robotics, PLC programming, automated processes, and the development of automation systems from concept through plant execution.

This position requires:

  • Designing, programming, and implementing automated systems, including robotics, PLCs, HMIs, and AMR/AGV systems, to meet production and sequencing goals.
  • Leading the full lifecycle of automation projects, from initial concept and design through plant execution, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
  • Developing and optimizing automated sequencing processes to improve material flow, cycle time, and production reliability.
Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Automation Implementation: Design, program, and implement automated systems to meet production requirements.
  • Cradle-to-Grave Development: Lead automation projects from concept to plant execution, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Sequencing Expertise: Develop and optimize sequencing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with automated systems to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of automation engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).
