The Brunswick Business Center seeks a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of the center. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative support experience and be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, including Teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing reception and administrative support to tenants and their guests
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and scheduling meeting space
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of shared spaces and facilitating maintenance of the building and its equipment
  • Setting up new tenants with required materials and access
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and knowledge of other service and product suppliers in the area
  • Developing systems for the efficient and effective operation of the building

Qualifications:

  • Office management and administrative support experience
  • Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs, including Teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to be assertive but diplomatic
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage the office and tenant demands

The Brunswick Business Center provides executive office facilities, on-demand conference and office space, and full reception and administrative support for up to 25 tenants.
