Work Schedule:

  • Standard hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Workdays from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Participation in holiday shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and execution of various activities and events.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Engage residents in activities both on-site and in the community, encouraging participation in events.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies are prepared and available for each activity.
  • Collaborate with the Director to create monthly calendars and newsletters.
  • Document events through photography for newsletters and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in activities coordination with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills with residents and team members.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
