JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


The Center for the Performing Arts within the College of Arts and Architecture is in search of a skilled and proactive individual to fulfill the role of Arts Ticket Center Operations Specialist.

This role will support the daily functions of the Arts Ticket Center, which provides ticketing solutions to the community, student organizations, PSU departments, and entertainment promoters at various venues.

This position involves monitoring and reconciling ticket sales for both internal PSU clients and external partners utilizing the Arts Ticket Center's services.

This role will entail the processing and reconciliation of all contributions (donations, sponsorships, endowments) as well as managing all department sponsorships related to ticketing in collaboration with the College of Arts and Architecture Advancement Office.

Additionally, the individual will ensure accurate member listings in the OnStage program for each performance and the annual report.
This position is responsible for nurturing ongoing relationships with all donors and sponsors associated with the Center for the Performing Arts.

Assist the Finance Manager with the processing, maintenance, and reconciliation of income and expenditure charges against various budgets and balance sheets in accordance with University Policy.

The Center has developed a Power BI dashboard for data analysis; this individual will be tasked with gathering, managing, and uploading data from the ticketing system to support this initiative.

Oversee the artist payment process by ensuring accurate registration and verifying contractual payment obligations are fulfilled.
Familiarity with SIMBA, Excel, and SharePoint is advantageous.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
