Job Description

The PC Support Specialist will perform tasks related to the repair and maintenance of a diverse range of client products.

This role requires troubleshooting desktops and laptops, as well as supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure. Direct interaction with clients is essential to address technical issues and respond promptly and accurately.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for designated equipment and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Answer client questions professionally and handle inquiries with courtesy and respect.
  • Acknowledge and deliver all service calls assigned within established service level agreements for each client.
  • Meet or exceed customer service satisfaction criteria outlined in our guidelines and policies.
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with each call according to established policies and guidelines.
  • Submit real-time reporting of all calls as per documented policies and guidelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with various established policies, guidelines, and documents related to successful service delivery for each client.
  • Control assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment required by client service agreements.
  • Report all activities accurately and on time.
  • Understand and adhere to all Safety policies and guidelines while working daily.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tech school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
Certifications and Qualifications

Please note the following requirements:

  • Maintain all necessary OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • The ability to communicate effectively regarding technical issues with clients.
  • The ability to drive to client locations.
  • The ability to drive long distances, and occasionally make overnight assignments within other geographies.
  • The ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Owning a basic repair tool kit.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
