As a Part-time Sales Assistance Specialist, you will engage in a dynamic sales environment that requires a keen interest in customer relations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This entry-level role is designed to support our clientele effectively, providing a pathway to a flexible work schedule following a comprehensive onboarding and training period, contingent upon achieving performance benchmarks.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities associated with this role are centered around customer service and will present a variety of challenges on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Providing exceptional sales and customer service support
o Overseeing inventory management
o Processing and fulfilling customer orders
o Handling incoming and outgoing shipments
o Conducting deliveries using a company vehicle

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following qualifications are essential for this role:
o Must be at least 18 years of age
o Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business/Marketing, or possess relevant industry experience with knowledge of the local market
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Proficient in computer applications
o Demonstrated mathematical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
o A strong inclination towards sales and a genuine desire to succeed in this area
o Highly motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused
o Embody our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
o Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing between 25lbs-50lbs, with occasional weights up to 75lbs
o Must pass a required drug screening (applicable in specific regions)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Hold a valid driver's license in the country of employment, including successful completion of any necessary graduated licensing programs, and meet our driving record standards for company vehicle use, as required
o Show an interest in opportunities for career progression.
