Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary
As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist with Providence, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Your expertise in radiology will be instrumental in producing anatomical images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Diagnostic imaging exams and radiology tasks.
- Ensure that department quality standards, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements are met on a daily basis.
- Operate PACS, RIS, CR/DR x-ray equipment, fluoroscopy, and C-arm to produce high-quality images.
- Maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and other sensitive materials and information.
Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school.
- ARRT board certification in radiology.
- Washington Radiologic Technologist certification.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC/Radiant experience.
