Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and personalized solutions to guests on electronics products, including hand-held devices, connected technology, TVs, and video games.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest electronics trends and products to ensure you can offer informed recommendations to guests.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Electronics department, to ensure a welcoming and inspiring experience for guests.
- Participate in visual merchandising and product presentation to create an engaging and informative shopping experience.
- Support the development of sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and increase guest engagement.
- 12+ months of previous electronics retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong interest in electronics products and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
