We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Reliance One, Inc. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee production processes and ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise production associates, providing guidance, coaching, and counseling to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, recommend adjustments, and implement changes to optimize production efficiency.
- Production Planning: Plan, monitor, and appraise job contributions to ensure production targets are met.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with production teams, union representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure production processes adhere to organization standards, policies, and legal regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Combination of 4 years of relevant work experience and/or education in a manufacturing or engineering field.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Availability: Availability and willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as requested.
