Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a Night Auditor, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and associates during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and manage front desk operations during the overnight shift
  • Prepare and balance daily reports, including financial transactions and guest information
  • Conduct security walks and ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including guest information and financial transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework in a related field helpful
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Aimbridge Hospitality offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $9.75 to $17.67 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
