- Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning or related field, preferably in power generation
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including high voltage systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with paralleling switchgear systems and CHP systems
- Knowledge of microgrid and EV charging equipment
- Experience with commissioning software and tools
