Job Summary:

Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled Commissioning Technician to support Commission Engineers in performing Factory Acceptance Tests, installations, and start-up works of Prefab modular data centers at our Prefab Factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test documents.
  • Assist in Project Start-up in our factory.
  • Verify the performance of projects before shipment.
  • Report Lessons Learned.
  • Support the Production Department during electrical, cooling, and monitoring installations.
  • Support the Service Department.
  • Be available to work overtime and during weekends in special cases.
  • Sporadic travel to other Schneider and Customer Sites.

Requirements:

  • IT Systems and PC Software Literacy.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical and cooling systems (DX and Water-cooling solutions).
  • Good performance working under pressure.
  • Hard work capacity.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective Report Writing.
  • Open to travel for periods from 1 to 4 weeks.
  • English / Spanish valuable.
  • Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-3 years in an electrical manufacturing environment.
  • Power and Control Systems knowledge valuable.
  • PLC's knowledge valuable.
  • NEC knowledge valuable.
  • Experience traveling and working abroad valuable.
