Job OverviewSchneider Electric is seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer for Switchgears to join our team. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of our switchgear systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers, team members, and third-party partners to perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on switchgear systems.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans to ensure seamless integration of switchgear systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of switchgear systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams on switchgear systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in switchgear technology.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical theory, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field service repair and customer service with UPS, electrical, electro-mechanical, or electronics-related equipment.
- Strong understanding of principles of AC and DC power, various AC and DC supply circuit components.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
