About the Role
  • Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and contribute towards the success of the company by recommending additional products and services.
  • Recognize and seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank.
  • Gain an understanding of the banking industry and contribute towards meeting branch goals in various categories, including deposits and loans.
  • Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
  • Be an active participant in, and advocate for, community growth and prosperity.
Responsibilities
  • Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, reach effective resolutions, and follow through with customers for all inquiries.
Requirements

An interest and experience in customer service are essential for this position, along with a working knowledge of Windows.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
