About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Strategist to join our team at Dexis Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and formulating policies, programs, and procedures governing information dissemination within DOL. This will include editing and revising material prior to publication, determining readiness for public release, and obtaining appropriate approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the DOL agenda
  • Create original designs and templates for internal communications products
  • Draft and manage policy papers, talking points, and other major means of advancing the DOL agenda
  • Examine reports, documents, correspondence, memoranda, and other material submitted by members of the office for completeness and conformity to DOL internal and external standards

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating complex information to audiences of various technical capacity;
  • Experience with social media outreach, campaigns, and engagement, community of practice development maintenance, blogs, newsletters, and other forms of modern communication;

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
