About the Role

The Senior Exhibit Manager/Communication Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies while managing exhibits for various high-profile events. This role combines strategic and tactical communication planning with hands-on management of exhibit development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and management of exhibits for events, ensuring alignment with organizational communication strategies.
  • Develop and implement senior-level communication strategies, focusing on both internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure accurate, timely communication and media engagement.
  • Support the creation of visual and written materials for exhibits, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all exhibit materials and messaging are consistent and impactful.
  • Manage media outreach, including drafting press releases, handling inquiries, and coordinating media interviews.
  • Provide recommendations on communication tactics to senior management, ensuring effective messaging at events.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic/tactical communication, with a focus on media and exhibit management.
  • Strong background in media relations, communication planning, and event logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and engaging content.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing complex communication strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience with exhibits and live events, including logistical coordination and content delivery.

Salary Information:

This role is contingent upon contract award and offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
