About the Role

As a Style Consultant at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional guest experience and driving sales through visual merchandising and product knowledge. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment, ensuring the sales floor is set and replenished with the right products, and providing personalized recommendations to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Set and maintain the sales floor, ensuring it is visually appealing and easy to shop.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including apparel, accessories, and visual merchandising trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives, including setting transitions, remerchandising new product, and maintaining brand spaces.

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. You should have a strong interest in apparel products and accessories, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or visual merchandising role.
  • Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
