Job Summary:

The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless client experiences by managing their needs, developing strong relationships, and facilitating timely delivery of our solutions. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, brokers, and providers via phone and email, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client groups and brokers, fostering open communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete monthly/quarterly responsibilities on time, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
  • Develop a working-level understanding of our benefit products and stay up-to-date on industry developments to provide informed support.
  • Attend department or company meetings and trainings as required, leveraging opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Job Functions:

  • Conduct comprehensive portal trainings for client groups, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to navigate our online platform effectively.
  • Maintain accurate company information and associate distribution lists within the online portal, ensuring seamless access to relevant data.
  • Closely review data for errors and inconsistencies, using attention to detail to prevent potential issues.
  • Field incoming calls for the provider and benefit departments, capturing call notes and updating the portal accordingly.
  • Support clients with ID cards, plan information, and coverage details, providing clear explanations and guidance via phone and email.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to client groups by providing claims data, invoices, enrollment reports, ID cards, call records, plan information, and other requested data.
  • Assist providers with member eligibility, benefits, and claim status, utilizing strong communication skills and analytical thinking to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate developed time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Showcase problem-solving and analytical skills, thinking critically to find creative solutions and answers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions and work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills, building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Prove intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office, applying software skills to enhance productivity and performance.
