  • Support families of patients, providing guidance for those with hearing impairments, which may involve technology use or communication methods like sign language.

  • Utilize audiometers and other medical devices to evaluate patients' hearing capabilities and identify potential issues.
  • Manage inventory and oversee warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards in all organizational processes.
  • Set strategic and operational goals.
  • Analyze financial data to enhance profitability.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Implement quality control measures and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Train and oversee staff members.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet profit margin expectations while minimizing risks.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, recruiters, and clinical staff to effectively address behavioral or performance challenges.
  • Develop strategies to improve performance, procure necessary resources, and ensure compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Audiology, Healthcare Science, or Communication Sciences.
  • Valid Audiologist License.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of Audiology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and external referral sources.
  • Preferred experience with adult hearing loss populations, including veterans and active military personnel.
  • Familiarity with VA comprehensive and pension examinations, as well as experience working with various healthcare providers and insurance companies.
