Agricultural Lending Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Support Specialist to join our team at Bravera Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our lenders and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Loan Support: Provide timely and accurate loan support to commercial and agricultural lenders, ensuring all files are properly documented and up-to-date.
- Documentation and Administration: Prepare and maintain all required loan documentation, computer input, and loan file comments, tracking, and follow-up necessary to complete each credit file.
- Customer Service: Meet and assist customers in banking needs, inquiries, and problem resolution to ensure high-quality service.
- Loan Processing: Process paid-off loans by cancelling insurances, recordings, and returning documentation, as well as process loan payments, disbursements, floor plan transactions, and maintain accurate customer account records.
- Collateral Tracking: Assist loan officers with collateral tracking through phone calls and letters to customers.
- Administrative Support: Handle telephone correspondence and process routine paperwork to support the loan functions of the bank.
- Policy and Procedure: Follow and understand the bank's established loan policies and procedures and provide feedback on changes needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent with a two-year associate degree required; or a four-year degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of bank experience or previous administrative experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Self-starter, accuracy, positive attitude, team player, time management, customer service.
