Job Summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Principal Project Engineer to join our team in Everett, WA. As a key member of our Lavatory Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects and driving innovation in the Lavatory 3.0 Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Communicate project status and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering project management.
  • Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
  • Strong technical and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace experience.
  • Previous experience in engineering, product development, operations, or business development.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
