Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day tasks related to troubleshooting, plumbing, and preventive maintenance of HVAC/R systems and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment, including identifying maintenance risks and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School Education or GED graduate.
  • Completed an accredited HVAC training program.
  • Refrigeration Technician License and EPA Section 608 Certification required.
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Troubleshooting and plumbing skills.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of EPA regulations.
  • Electricity skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
