Job Overview

Enterprise Mobility, which operates the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands, is seeking a seasonal vehicle operator to join our dedicated team.

The seasonal vehicle operator is tasked with relocating and positioning vehicles to various designated areas for maintenance, transport, and rental purposes. This role requires a commitment to ensuring that vehicles are prepared for customers in line with our exceptional quality standards.

Compensation for this position is $15 per hour.

This is a seasonal role with a maximum of 150 days of service.

Flexible scheduling options of either 40 hours per week or 25 hours per week are available, with weekend availability required. The available shifts include:

  • 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Enterprise Mobility is recognized as the largest and fastest-growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America. This is a non-CDL, local driving role that provides the opportunity to operate a variety of new model vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Our Seasonal Vehicle Operators are responsible for the transportation and shuttling of rental vehicles between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations.

  • Transport vehicles from return locations to cleaning and servicing areas.
  • Deliver serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to the ready line for customer access.
  • Relocate vehicles within the lot or facility as directed by management.
  • Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations as instructed.
  • Accompany or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
  • Utilize 2-way radios or cellular phones for communication as necessary.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Must not have held another position with Enterprise Mobility in the past six months.
  • Seasonal employees may work up to 150 days during the defined season and must take a six-month break before reapplying.
