Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute IT risk management strategies in partnership with the Head of Technology Risk Manager.
  • Manage and develop risk reporting and metrics to support IT risk management routines.
  • Drive and manage all FLoD IT Risk routines to ensure appropriate oversight, monitoring, and escalation to senior leadership as needed.
  • Manage a team of risk professionals and serve as an extension of the Head of Technology Risk Manager.
  • Represent the Head of Technology Risk Manager's point of view and make decisions as needed in their absence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience working at a major financial institution on audit and/or management initiatives programs, including management responsibilities.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT risk and control.
  • 5+ years of related supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of business banking, real estate banking, capital markets, lending, payment operations, etc.
  • Deep understanding of risk management, including experience executing risk assessments, testing, and evaluating processes and controls.
  • Strong knowledge of critical domestic and international banking regulations and experience with enforcement agencies' oversight activities.

City National Bank offers a competitive salary range of $122,535 - $208,715 per year, with the potential for bonus and/or commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.
