Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Global Quality team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations to improve product quality, optimize processes, and support key performance indicators.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions. You will also leverage data analysis tools, such as Power BI, to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the Global Quality function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to Quality.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to your business function.
  • Communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making and actively seek opportunities to optimize processes and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, perform complex data manipulations, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
