We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our team. As the link between our office and field technicians, you will be responsible for coordinating our activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and profitability. Your expertise in job costing, planning, and training will be essential in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate installation activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Develop and implement plans for installs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Train and supervise field technicians, ensuring they have the necessary materials and knowledge to complete installations
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability targets
  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience in the HVAC industry
  • General understanding of HVAC, Sheetmetal, and Plumbing industries
  • Understanding of accounting principles as they relate to the industry
  • HVAC service and install experience
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of local code requirements
  • Attended vocational school
