Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience as an IT infrastructure technical project manager.
7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
Knowledge and experience with CCaaS solutions implementation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
Desired Skills:
IT Technical Project Management Leadership (PMP required).
Effective leadership communications and team player (externally/externally).
Knowledge of Asset Management, IT Service Management, Governance/Risk/Compliance ServiceNow Modules.
Experience with CCaaS Applications (i.e., AWS Connect or Genesys).
Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows/workflows.
Excellent communication and written skills.
