Senior Transportation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transportation Project Manager to join our team at Avcon. As a key member of our transportation group, you will be responsible for managing transportation engineering projects from proposal preparation to construction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the full scope of transportation engineering projects, including proposal preparation, design, and construction.
- Manage a team of engineers and sub-consultants to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with clients, officials, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with firm and contract requirements, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and disciplines to ensure project engineering activities are aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in transportation engineering project management.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or Bentley.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, sub-consultants, and clients.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and follow-up on assignments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect privileged client information and documents appropriately.
- Florida Professional Engineer licensure with ability to obtain licensure in other states.
- Valid drivers' license and maintenance of satisfactory driving record.
