**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and collaborate with external vendors to source parts and supplies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
- Collaborate with external vendors to source parts and supplies
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Electrical Maintenance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of filling and assembly equipment and systems
- Ability to operate power shop tools and common hand tools safely and effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
