El Representante de Servicios al Cliente es responsable de proporcionar el más alto nivel de atención al cliente a miembros, visitantes y prospectos de la instalación, así como de la información sobre membresías, procedimientos de inscripción, satisfacción continua del cliente y reclutamiento y retención de miembros.
Tareas y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
1. Supervisar las interacciones en el mostrador de servicio, incluyendo procedimientos de apertura y cierre, atención telefónica, transacciones de punto de venta, registro de visitantes y tarifas, pases para estudiantes y visitantes de colegios, registro de visitantes/membros para todas las citas programadas, aceptación de comentarios de miembros, gestión de objetos perdidos y encontrados, y provisión de información sobre todas las actividades y eventos programados, incluyendo inscripciones y tarifas si corresponde.
2. Promover y vender efectivamente membresías y todos los servicios auxiliares, incluyendo pero no limitado a entrenamiento personal, terapia de masaje, programas integrados médicamente y servicios de nutrición.
3. Programar todas las citas a través del software de negocio principal, incluyendo llamadas de recordatorio, cancelaciones y notificación a los asociados de las citas según la política.
4. Conocimiento de todos los procedimientos de apertura y cierre, incluyendo el balance de cajas de ventas diarias, conocimiento adecuado de políticas de tarjetas de crédito y cheques, y uso de la caja registradora.
5. Inscribir a los miembros de manera efectiva a través de contratos, explicando la membresía, obteniendo firmas y pagos, y proporcionando el manual del miembro.
6. Comunicación efectiva por radio con todos los departamentos según sea necesario.
7. Trabajar para alcanzar métricas de satisfacción establecidas, como las evaluaciones de servicio y las puntuaciones de encuestas de miembros en relación con la satisfacción de miembros y visitantes.
8. Mantener un promedio de 5 turnos laborales al mes para asegurar la capacidad de desempeñar el trabajo.
9. Debe ser capaz de estar de pie durante la duración del turno (generalmente de 3 a 6 horas a la vez).
10. Otras tareas según se asignen.
Calificaciones:
• Diploma de secundaria o GED preferido.
• Certificado de 1 año de colegio o escuela técnica preferido.
• Mínimo de 6 meses de experiencia o capacitación relacionada preferida.
• 2-3 años de experiencia en ventas, recepción y habilidades informáticas preferidas.
• Certificación de CPR/AED requerida dentro de los 90 días posteriores a la contratación.
• Debe poseer excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, y la capacidad de trabajar con miembros de manera positiva y orientada al servicio.
• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y mantener una actitud controlada y profesional.
• Habilidades informáticas competentes.
