Key Responsibilities:

  • Start each shift by inspecting designated floors to gather waste, used linens, and other items as directed by supervisors.
  • Deliver requested items such as rollaway beds, cribs, and blankets to guest accommodations.
  • Transport fresh linens to housekeeping storage areas and restock linen supplies on each level.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other work environments.
  • Proactively listen to and swiftly respond to guests' needs to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong work ethic along with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
  • Commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction with outstanding customer service experience.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in a houseperson or housekeeping position.
