Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a U-Haul Customer Care Representative. As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their U-Box containers are delivered safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
  • Load and unload U-Box containers, ensuring they are properly secured and delivered to the correct location.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Department of Transportation certification.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL).
Work Environment

The work environment for this role is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and may be exposed to physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
