Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve performance, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, quality assurance standards, and best practices in pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
